Was wondering if there was a website that has a guide to signed card pricing?

Nope. I guess you could use something like Worthpoint or similar to find realized prices, but nothing else that I have seen.

VCP has slabbed signed cards prices. Also some slabbed index cards and slabbed HOF postcards.

vintagecardprices.com. It's a subscription service, but well worth it to me.

SMR has a "Gum Card" category in its Baseball Autographs section.

I'm not an autograph collector so I have no idea how representative these values are but I expect it is somewhat useful.
