I wanted to see if anyone went to Brimfield? Did you find any cool baseball items? I have never been. Is it still a good place to find old baseball?

I went Tuesday and Saturday and found zero items that I was interested. You'll find some baseball stuff but it's normally over priced. Some auction houses and other top dealers send people to pick thru everything sometime days before the show begins another collector told me. For the two fields that you pay for on Tuesday. Dealers will set up at each other and then get their friends in early to get anything good before others.

I had some nice bats for sale and no one even looked ..
Brett and Corey had some nice items as well - not sure how their sales were .
Buying is rough up there .. You have to look in every nook and cranny and prices are normally high , but nice items can still be found . I bought a pennant mushroom bat , a willie - mickey-duke auto poster ,and some low end stuff

Haven't been to Brimfield in a couple years, but in the past haven't had much luck. You have to go early and search hard. It's a great experience, and a very fun trip, but don't go expecting you'll find many baseball related finds.
