Came across this in a collection I bought a while ago and was wondering do these have a better value still sealed or should I open it when sending it to PSA?

Leave it sealed. That is very unique. How many un-opened examples can there be of this 54 year old regional issue?

Leave it sealed! Huge premium from Bell specialists

Thanks for the replies. My original plan was to leave it sealed. The only thing that was making me thing that opening might have been a good idea is that there is a 0 pop on PSA 9 and 10 and I was unsure if a sealed on would be better than a high grade one. Or can PSA do grades on sealed cards?

At least 3 of the corners appear to be not so great (especially noticeable on the back scan), so it seems to me a 9 or a 10 would be nowhere in sight. But hopefully I'm wrong.

What he said. + stains? or are those on the cellophane and not the card? It will be far more valuable graded and slabbed in the baggy.

Leave it sealed!!! But I think I'm just beating a dead horse by saying that.

Looks to be somewhere between a 6.5 and 7.5 if you want to rip it and get it graded.
