Sorry for my first and only mistake (I hope).

I forgot to post Dewey on the list, and I in error, placed Danny Smith and JKRay25 on Dewey's spots. It is now corrected.
As in the rules, the members get the number in order they come in, therefore, I had to give Dewey his correct numbers, which were 74 and 75, and had to move Danny Smith and JKRay down 2 spots, so they were in there correct order also.

I keep a written list as a backup, I write names down before I post it to try and not make mistakes. But I got busy on sending a few private messages and emails, and did not see my error before I posted.

My apologies to Danny Smith and JKRay25 for the mistake.

As I mentioned, there is still over 30 members out there that mentioned they want to be involved. This is no pressure for them to buy any entries, but i truly believe, many just forgot, or are waiting for a payday, or whatever the reason.
They will be coming forward.
We just need 68 to reach the minimum, and our average entry purchase is almost 2 and a half per member. The 32 members still out there could easily generate another 70 entries. That puts us past the minimum goal of 250.

So, for now, I have you in for one entry, but a second one will double your odds. That is up to you.

Hi Ruben,
Since Bill is out of pocket until this afternoon, I'll jump in on this one. Now that we have reached the magic 250, the raffle is a definite go. Any entries beyond 250 go towards increasing the painting size beyond the base 16x20 size that was set for the minimum 250 entries.

I'll get with Bill this evening to add upsize possibilities for the entries beyond 250, but the basic idea is that each entry adds approximately 1.25 square inches of canvas (based on Graig's current rates).

Edited to add: I just realized that never actually addressed your original question: since we hit the 250 mark, there is no "falling short" from this point on. It's just a question of how much larger the winner's painting will be. We could very well go beyond 300 total entries sold.

And remember, the larger the canvas, the greater the possibilities as to content.

It was pointed out to me I made a mistake in giving a member one enty, when he asked for 2.
Thank goodness it was one of the most recent entries.
According to the rules, the original poster, who was JB217676. I game him entry 234, and he should have gotten 234 and 235, which are his, and I will move the 4 entries behind him, down one spot.
IThat means, Wite will be moved from 235 to 236, catspajamas will be moved from 236 to 237, and Hot Springs Bathers two entries of 237 and 238, will be moved to 238 and 239.
That is according to the rules so my apologies goes out to all the above for my error, but right is right.
The other more recent entries were never posted as yet and will be in there proper spots.

i MADE A GLARING ERROR WHICH AFFECTS ENTRIES 254 - 273.

Leon posted a request for an entry, and I placed his request in order on this thread, see post #206. his request followed MPG, and just ahead of Iron Horse.
I do not how I made the error, but I know I was very busy at that time, but no excuse, so my apologies to all involved.
By the rules, Leon gets his sequential number, in order as posted. His entry number is 254. All numbers 254 and above, will be moved up one number.
IronHorse had 254 - 255 .........now gets 255 - 256
Shernan30 had 256 - 257........now gets 257 - 258
Majestic had 258 - 262........now gets 259 - 263
catspajamas had 263 - 264....now gets 264 - 265
irishdenny had 265 - 269......now gets 266 - 270
BB Tourist had 270 - 271......now gets 271 - 272
Vince had 272...............now gets 273
SpaceTrack had 273..............now gets 274
