Obviously a mid-late-1950s piece, but we don't recognize the artist's style from those tiny pics.
Is there a signature or other useful info written in the left or right margins? Is something written
just above the skyline at the lower left? Is that writing in white along the bottom of the silhouetted skyline?

Ah. Prospective purchase, then? Ask the vendor those questions, or request better photos. Interesting piece -- good luck with it!
