I have books now for bobble heads, pins, pennants, and card, HOWEVER I can not for the life of me find a guide on vintage programs and score cards. Does anything exist in this realm. I was looking for something like a price guide with photos etc, but all i can find are articles online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have this one. It has sections on many periodicals, including yearbooks, scorecards, etc. It is fairly generic for a lot of the magazines, lumping them into large groupings, but it is a start. The SI section is very detailed, summarizing cover subject, main articles, faces in the crowd, etc.

Mine is the same one show, a third edition printed in 1998. not sure if there is a newer edition.

I have collected publications for over 40 years and there are no really good guides especially when it comes to process.

I think the greatest thing that has ever happened for pub collectors is eBay. You get to see and save photos and the prices realized on eBay are the real price guide.

If you are collecting scorecards it the best way to catalog the different variations for clubs each year. There are several very good baseball yearbook checklists that have floated through the hobby over the years. If you collect media guides the late Joe Cronin did a wonderful checklist of when each team first issued a guide or just the folded rosters for each season.
