I was wondering what is the best way to ship 30 or more cards, without breaking the bank.

All to one location or to 30 different locations? Graded or not graded?

If they are all going to the same location, by the time you put them in Card Savers or Top Loaders, you will be closing in on 13 ounces. That is the MAX you can ship via First Class.

I would wrap them in cardboard or bubble wrap or both, and fit them into a Flat Rate Small Priority Box. Should cost ~$5 or ~$6. Or stuff THAT into a Flat Rate Priority Envelope which will save you 50 cents or so.

Good Luck!

If ungraded, I would box them up and put in a flat rate envelope. If graded, I think you are best using a flat rate box. Also, if they are not being shipped very far, you can check into using a priority mail regional box. I've found it is usually about 2/3 the price of regular priority mail, but you are limited by the region you are in and sending to and I think the max weight is like 20lbs or something.

The are ungraded going to the same location.

Put into CS1 + put 4x6 Cardboard Pad on either side taped on all four sides put into a bubble mailer.

This can go first class and will bill under $3.
