Has anyone ever seen it? I can't find a picture of it on the Internet or a record of any changing hands. Even VCP cant come up with a picture.

the scan came from a past Mastro auction, I suspect REA has some in the archives as well.
It looks like Alexander is wearing a Phillies cap and a Cubs jersey. How can that be?

It's the exact pose from an all Phillies cap and uniform card, although the card says Cubs to reflect his being traded I guess.
