Alright, I know this thread isn't politically correct but neither is Donald Trump, and he gets away with it, so here goes for my top 2 contenders:
1. Ira Thomas. Check out his T3. Reminds me of the Troll under the bridge that haunted my childhood dreams.
2. Hans Lobert. a slightly better-looking version of Ira but not much.
How about some other contenders.

T206 Egan, although Shannon and Purtell are also quite unappealling.

Though no one will ever top Don Mossi's postwar card for sheer ugliness.

Wally Moon's unibrow would like to argue this.

Egan and Shannon were neck and neck in my thread. Nobody broke the tie. They remain tied for the ugliest T206.

I think this is one of the ugliest from 1910. Rumor has it that a prototype of the chopper motorcycle was discovered in Mr. Benny's garage when he died in 1958.

Enjoy, Mike

was exceedingly unappealing. In contrast to his T206 card, which appeals to me greatly.

M116 of Amos Strunk gives me the creeps along with either 1914 of 1915 Cracker Jack of Cady. Now, for a devilish smirk on a card that would be the 1933 Goudey of Dibrell Williams.

Every time ugly player/card is mentioned, I trot this one out of Egan. He is not just a T206 one hit wonder. When are we just going to come to a consensus and decide that Egan is the King of Ugly? See if you can spot him within the ranks of his fellow ugly subjects in the link below.

I hadn't realized there had been a prior thread on this charming subject, so decided in the name of fair play there should be nominations for the handsomest player on a pre-war card. My choices are:
1. Matty - so noble in his T206 portrait.
2. Hal Chase - something shifty in his gaze. Hmm, what is he thinking?
3. Roger Bresnahan. Just a solid, good looking guy.
Nominations, please.

When I first got my Hal Chase T206 in the mail and showed it to my 8 year old daughter she said "He looks sneaky" :)
