Picked up this E94 Cicotte and noticed that there is a light ghost on the back. If I squint hard enough (and flip it and mirror it), it sort of looks like the E93/E98 Wagner throwing pose, but not sure if that makes sense. Any other possibilities?

Blue seems to work the best to get the silhouette to me.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Though turkey is more appropriate. Have a great thanksgiving!

Why the reference of "Old" in front of Cy Young's name? Was there a younger Cy Young moving up through someone's farm system?

In 1910, Young would have been 43. Maybe an indication of his age, or maybe an appreciative "Good Old."

Thanks Trip - i did my best to line up the silhouette and seems to match pretty well. I know there's been a lot of discussion about wet-sheet transfers and whether a transfer like this could occur after printing. Old Cardboard lists E94 as being published in 1911, and the E95/98 sets in 1910 (don't know if this pose exists in any other sets). Wondering if these three sets were printed at the same time.

That is quite cool.
