Title says it all. It's probably lost to history, but I figure it is worth a shot in the dark. If you can identify this team for me (location, league if any, year) I'll PM you a code for a $50 eBay gift card. No, stating it is the Western/Westin Jewelers squad does not qualify you for the prize. Shawn will be going shopping later this evening. If you can roster the team as well you win a dance at the wedding of one of my kids - your choice as I have two. Song choice is negotiable. Neither of the players chilling at the bottom are Prime Minister Pete Nice, I already checked.

Nailed it son. I'll pick up a gift card when I swing by Lowe's later this afternoon. Can you point me in the direction of more information about this team? Minor League? Local amateur league?

Okay, so now I've fairly convinced myself that the player centered in the photograph is Alex "Pop" Arlett. Baseball reference has Arlett in San Leandro in 1911. I believe this is 1912, however. I don't believe the man kneeling on the far right is his brother Buzz Arlett as I initially suspected, but I'd like your input.

Pop Arlett on his 1913 and 1914 Zeenut issues:

100 % not Buzz Arlett. Buzz would have only been 12 or 13 in 1912.

Definitely Pop Arlett. Dig this up from an old thread on Buzz Arlett:

Thanks to all that have helped out. I've had this cabinet for a year or so and figured it could never be ID'd. In the span of one afternoon this forum helped me ID, locate, and roster this photo. Amazing. Thanks to all who replied. Shawn, your eBay gift code has been PM'd to you.

Thanks Again.
