Team Identified - Now is this "Pop" Arlett?

Title says it all. It's probably lost to history, but I figure it is worth a shot in the dark. If you can identify this team for me (location, league if any, year) I'll PM you a code for a $50 eBay gift card. No, stating it is the Western/Westin Jewelers squad does not qualify you for the prize. Shawn will be going shopping later this evening. Okay, so now I've fairly convinced myself that the player centered in the photograph is Alex "Pop" Arlett. Baseball reference has Arlett in San Leandro in 1911. I believe this is 1912, however. I don't believe the man kneeling on the far right is his brother Buzz Arlett as I initially suspected, but I'd like your input.
