Hey T206 folks...is this just bad printing or what gives?

maybe a bit of a 2nd image but appears the color plates were off a bit as everything is "shifted " on this card.

Is this unusual for T206...or just a random deal?

It's a minor color shift. It happened fairly often, and quality control was lax to say the least.
