unless its a psa 6 that got downgraded..

Doesn't have to be. Requirement for a PSA 4 is 85/15 or better on the front, so I would guess this would meet it. I know the bottom right corner shows a little tilt, but it depends where they measured it. T/B centering looks good, though.
