Check your spam folder in your email. I had to go into mine. The offer wasn't in my ebay messages.

Lucky me - I have 10 cents before I hit my quarterly limit - this is, however, the latest in the quarter it's ever been before I hit that limit and have to 'buy for free'. I'm learnin' !

The same offers aren't given to everyone. I think they are customized based on your purchasing habits.

I agree. It seems that when I watch a couple of higher priced items, they tend to send me these around the closing date. A little enticement to start bidding (or buying now).

When I first enrolled in Ebucks (about 4 mo's ago)I received offers like this all the time. Haven't received many since.

The only thing I don't like is they cap it at $100. I bought a new laptop for $2200 and got $100, not $220

Today and tomorrow 10% back in eBay Bucks on qualifying items.

I have never sold on ebay but I believe the commission a seller pays goes down as the price goes up and is capped. It wouldn't make sense to pay, for example 1,000 ebay bucks on a 10k purchase if the ebay fee is capped at 250.

Well annoys the hell out of me is I spend 15k per year minimum on Ebay even in a slow year, and I have never received an eBay bucks offer or any related offer like this since opening my newest account in 2001!

I find it very grating.

the notification comes as an email and there is a link in the email that you have to click to activate the offer. Perhaps you're missing the email? Junk/Spam box?

If not, I would call them for an explanation.

As a follow up, I did give them a call today to discuss. Hopefully, I start getting these.

They should see my purchase record and easily determine it would be a good idea to get me to spend more, lol.

Once in awhile they send them out, and if you use them, they keep sending them, if you dont use them they stop sending them. Perhaps they sent you one or two and you didnt use them. With me it seems the more i use them the more i get.
