Hi everyone, It's been a few years I believe since I posted last. Here is another one of a kind rare find from the Roy Mellinger Collection. It is a framed photo measuring approximately 20"x8". The print at the bottom center says "Opening League Season 1914 Muscatine vs. Cedar Rapids May 13 1914. The print at the bottom right says" ? Baldridge and Smith ? Photographers 616 So. 1?th St. Cedar Rapids IA. There is water damage on the right side as you can see. The water damage is on the trees, grass and some spectators. The rest of the photo is very nice for being 101 years old. My friend who inherited this memorabilia from Cedar Rapids pitcher Roy Mellinger, found this in his attic recently. Any thoughts on what the value might be? Thanks.

I love outdoor scenes like that with a lot going on. I am not sure if I can help too much with value, but it seems most of the larger team photos, if it's not a historic photo, it's judged on aesthetics. If that one can be cleaned up it might look pretty good. Here is a homemade card of Curtis, from the Cedar Rapids team of 1914.

Neat image but tough to value since it's a local team and has some damage. Most value is likely gonna come from an Iowa collector.

My friend told me to put it on ebay so I'm going to list it tonight. Thanks again for your responses.
