Most Impressive 1914 Cracker Jack set for sale

Does anyone know the details of this insanely great 1914 CJ set (missing only Matty) going up for sale in the Heritage spring 2015 auction? Looks like most of the set will be sold by individual card.

It's a set that has been together for a few years, just renamed for purposes of the auction.

What's incredible to me is that the seller is moving on from their multi-year endeavor with one card remaining to complete the set! I understand it's the Matty but this person has already invested major $ and time to get this far, just go for it...it's like training for a marathon and stopping at 26 miles and saying to heck with the final .2
