"I feel the ball is authentic but will not guarantee it or offer refunds"

The end.

I would say it is worth the price of the ball.

I think that most of the forgers I know of would have been ashamed to produce such an inferior product.
Too bad the chances of it being removed are next to zero.

Gosh...check out that awful "R".

He has 8 bids so far....I wonder where his reserve is.
He said he's going to send it in for authentication if it doesn't hit reserve. I'm sure it won't pass and then he'll regret not selling it for the $100+ it's getting now.

I almost want to buy the ball to have him charged with forgery in my home state. Then he can come here from New Mexico and defend or just have a perpetual warrant on him. Those are great because every time a police officer runs his plate it will show an open warrant for forgery.

Too many of these guys operate with no repercussions.

Only problem is you cant ever prove he is knowingly selling a forged item. For all we know he is just some dope who bought the autograph at a flea market made up a cool story in hopes of selling it for a profit to someone as dumb as he was.

I think I will list that Lou Gehrig/Christy Matthewson sharpie signed photo that my great uncle left me. Maybe even my Green sharpie Ty Cobb 16 x 20.

I just need to state on EBAY I dont take returns so bid accordingly and I can commit a felony without worrying obviously.

EBAY has ruined alot of this hobby.

Haha... This is accurate. It's all about the semantics.

Looks like this one may sell for a good buck. Tell a good story and people will buy it. Amazing

Come on guys,,give the seller a break, look at what the ad says:
"according to a card shop who also thinks the Autograph is authentic."
How much more of an endorsement do you need?
A card shop says it is authentic, that is as good as any TPA that I know of. :D:D

Would be kind of ironic if it did not sell with such a high bid only because he set the reserve too high

Crazy! The bid is at over $1,000 with 18 hours left. And reserve is still not met!

Come on... He set the reserve, it hasn't met the reserve, but it's over $1k right now.. Sounds like a shill with hopes that someone sees a high bid, sparking confidence, and jumps in to push it over the reserve. Nice try jokenbrown, or should I say JOKE-nbrown
