for only grading trimmed cards. Here is a disaster in the making...

Interesting how all the PRO cards are marquee names and cards. I guess no one ever sends them a Sixto Lezcano to grade...wonder why?

Let's have a Price Is Right on the Cobb. I say $694.39

4 even rounded corners all done the same way and a hint of dot matrix makes me come in at 255.55.

I don't send Sixto Lezcano cards to PRO. But I've got a bunch of PRO 8 Fiveto Lezcanos.

Did you notice or is it just me as the cards get older the borders become smaller.

It's moving right along with what seem to be legit bidders. :p It will remind me of a few old adages, most likely, at the end. Something about too good to be...and also the age old classic.... a sucker born every minute day

Thanks, Adam. I still remember him playing for the Pirates. Talk about disasters.

This guy is getting away with it too. See feedback.

I'm sure he's not aware they're fake.

What's the consensus on the Mantles? I don't collect 50s/60s, so just curious if he had authentic cards mixed in with the others.

Hard to tell from the scans but fakes are like roaches many times. When you see one you know there are more. I would stay away personally.

I figured as much, but thought I'd ask since I'm not a 50s/60s collector. And there's no interest in them from me.

I noticed the seller relisted some of the mantles and the george brett rc, even though they sold. Very strange.

The '65 Mantle actually looks genuine, though it should be graded with an (MC) qualifier.

Hard for me to tell on the Mantles. Something looks a little off, but it could be a scanner issue rather than a fake issue.

It appears that the Mantles and Brett are real, but the scans are a bit fuzzy, so that evaluation isn't 100%. The Brett seems nice, but like Leon said, probably too good to be true and I wouldn't doubt that they are trimmed. The '65 looks short to me. No way I would go after any card in those holders unless I was getting an absolute steal.
