My friend just picked up a 1951 All Star Basketball program it does have a vertical crease where is was folded but not too bad it was also scored--otherwise I would say Excellent condition He is thinking around $1000---any experts know if that is a good guess. thanks, Don

I am not sure of the scarcity...but my guess would be closer to $500 on the high end. I looked it up in Regli's book and it is the first All- Star Game. His pricing is between $300 and $600. Hope this helps.

Jeff thanks for the info and help I thought it would have been a little higher.

I think it is a pretty scarce item, as I believe that was the first NBA All Star game. The fact that it was scored also drops the value. Would be much harder to find the unscored scorecard.

Don, I would expect that it probably would exceed $600 I've seen them go for near $1000. Of course, condition is a factor. There is one on Ebay right now for $3300. Of course, that is grossly overpriced.

Best regards,
