Seen these Cuban cards?

This photos was posted in an article on the NY Times website. Caption said these cards were being sold at a game in Cuba. Anyone seen them before or know anything about them? Google search has yielded zilch so far :( .

The only cards I know of are the Cuban Select Series, maybe the cards are from the World Baseball Classic,
