1959/1962 Topps Proof Sheet

On a recent post discussing Topps 1962 green tints, I was reminded in about 1980 I purchased a proof sheet from two men who worked as printers and printed the third series of 1962 Topps. They were instructed to compare photos from the 1959 Topps set with random 1962 Topps cards, so as not to have another problem with green tints that had happened in the previous series. I hope that some members will find this sheet of interest. Thanks, Craig

Hey Craig! Certainly an unusual sheet. A few years back, I picked up an aluminum proof (which I have usually seen only for 1962 cards) that depicted Frank Thomas from the 1959 set. Seemed odd at the time, but seeing your sheet and the 59 Frank Thomas picture on it makes me think that it was somehow related to this green tint problem solving session.
