I have a set of the 1991, 1992, and 1993 Topps Mini Minis, still in wrapped boxes.
I also have a set of the 1975 and 1985 ( regular and blank backed) Topps semi mini sets.
I do not have the ones you reference...are they mini minis or semi minis in size ?
