1963 "Dodgers Diary" Coloring Book

Picked up this unused coloring book for my Don Zimmer collection. The player writeups are pretty humorous. I was wondering if anyone knew for certain how it was distributed. Was it a stadium souvenir or sold in local book shops, or distributed in some other way?

pretty sure they were sold at dodger stadium souvenir stands...

may have even seen one in an old danny goodman souvenir brochure / catalog / flyer.

I've had a few over the years but I've never seen any that have been colored in by a fan or a kid.
