Does anyone else have a match to these two? I could swear I've seen another at some point.
I have seen similar cards on Ebay recently. I will see if I can recall what they are and send you a PM if I come across them.

Just looked back through some things and the two Jason just posted are the most recent two I have come across. I feel that I have seen a few others though, so perhaps going through the seller's completed auctions would bear fruit.
