He's also got a 1915 CJ Crawford listed as a 1914. In his defense, the card is mislabeled by SGC. I pointed this out to him but haven't heard anything back yet

He is on a "$5,000" roll isn't he:

This is Probstein right? Does he know anything about these cards or is it possible that a consignor is making him start at these prices?

This is Probstein. I have reserved comment about Probstein in the past, but this is unacceptable. Here is another $5000.00 BIN. Apparently a missing corner and back damage do not deter the asking price:

As ridiculous as the BIN's may be, he can ask whatever he wants. He should address the 1915 Cracker Jack Crawford listed as a 1914 though. It's mislabeled by SGC and I pointed it out to him earlier today with no response as of this evening.

I believe he responded to this in a thread on the PSA boards; apparently his office is in the process of listing things but holiday observance meant the listings were not complete. Sorry to quash the drama.

No drama. Just amazement.

AND the fact he addressed it on another board but they still suck says something too (maybe he needs more help :)). If I were shown those mistakes I would probably go ahead and fix them and then post about it, or at least fix them quickly. But just leaving them is ok too, I guess......and I am empathetic to the Jewish Holidays too, so do respect not working on those days, if it is your belief not to. This, of course goes for any (peaceful) religion's customs too.
