Michael Jordan Autograph Opinion

I'm a T206 collector and autographs are not my thing. I dug this out of my collection the other day and was hoping for some opinions on it. I received it as a gift probably 18 - 20 years ago and have had it stashed since.

I was considering PSA but it's $100 and wanted to see if anyone on here could help me out before I spent the authentication fee.
