Hi -

I have a chance to bid on these items in an upcoming auction. I have little to no knowledge of memorabilia. Can someone tell me what I'm looking at, and what value there might be?

Thank you
Ted

I guess I'm also wondering whether this is stuff that might not be genuine - it's not an auction from a sports dealer, it's supposedly from an estate.

Looks like a nice lot of vintage Cubs programs, tickets, etc

I would have to agree with this. EVERYTHING looks to be in pristine condition.
Seemingly too good to be real without closer inspection, FWIW...

Suppose it is real - what would the value be?

And is there any way for an amateur to know if it's real? Is this stuff known to have been copied?

I decided to skip it since I wouldn't be able to tell if it was real and even if it was I had no idea what it was worth. Seemed like an invitation to bad judgement. Thanks to those who responded.
