Bob alderson question

I don't have my photography book with me but can someone give me any info on Bob Alderson? I guess he was a sports photographer and I found a photo with his stamp but never heard of him. I tried to Google him but not much info...thanks in advance

He's not in the Yee/Fogel book, if that's what you're referring to.

Thanks lance...I found a 1948 Ruth photo with his stamp on the back but can't find any info on alderson
