An elderly woman recently gave me this. See photo. It is very brittle so I didn't want to take it out of the bag or open its pages. Comments/feedback welcomed about its content or value. Thanks.

I would say price would be based on condition like cards. Seeing that this is lower condition and could become worse if its that brittle I would say $50-$100 for the right buyer and that may be a stretch to get that high.
