This is as fake as a $3 bill yet has 1 legit bidder so far.

I hope it isn't one of us board members

You can easily tell by the gap between the picture and the frame

Yep! That sure is a nasty reprint. As I respect your opinion, knowledge, and cards very much, I was wondering how you feel about the Dick Towele card cleaning and wrinkle removal services he offers"? Aloha, Dave. ps nice to see you posting a little more lately.

The comment in the description:

"will only shil in the United States"

is a Freudian Slip?

No offense buddy but I don't think anyone on this board or with half a brain would ever bid on that card but hey, thanks for the warning!:)

How can people get fooled when so many of these fakes are by guys with hardly any feedback and the pictures are unclear???? Incredible.

As a novice, it always impresses me that folks here can tell fakes without having to physically pick them up and examine them. Apart from the suspicious feedback numbers and Freudian issues, how can you tell that the gap isn't some sort of actual printing error that would make this a real rarity? I'm not suggesting it is, just curious how to know the difference.

There have been no cards with the larger gaps found to be real. Until one is found to be real they will all be deemed fakes and rightfully so. Also a lot of fakes will have less focused printing and lithography, as the one in this thread above (on ebay). Real cards were usually quite focused and sharp in their printing.

Yes I agree with you but if I save one wandering new fellow one day then it is still worth a little post here and there.
