I have written them three times since last night with a rather urgent question--but no reply at all. Is this typical for them? Have been amazed in past with how most auction houses generally reply very quickly, even close to closing...i'll update if I ever hear from them....

Only once did I have a question with SportscardLink, and the person I talked to called me back very quickly and we spoke for a while about the issue, so I was very pleased with their service from my one encounter.

Small sample size of one incident, but I was pleased from that!

Finally had to call and got someone on the line and say they will fix problem. However, they had not checked the only email address posted on the site so any effort to reach this morning by anyone would have been by phone....
