Says it's a 1992 all star.

Bad in my opinion. The end of Williams is especially off.

It seems as though you have a link for a different ball.

Not the same ball, and as an added bonus, the one on Heritage was authenticated by Donald Frangipani.

Where does it say that in their description???

nowhere does it mention frangipani...

You are correct, it doesn't state that at all in the description, but the ball has been authenticated by Donald Frangipani.

Really curious, how do you know???

It's been a year or two since I have seen his name anywhere near a piece of sports memorabilia...

Thought he was finished...

Look at the seams. You will see his cert number and his initials. The letters are in regard to the person who submitted the item. These could be the first letters of their name, could be the letters of their city or company, etc. The numbers are usually the submission number as in the number of items submitted by this person. The last part..DF..is Donald Frangipani's initials.

Great piece of information! Thanks!

Come to think of it I have come across a few balls with similar markings...

That's a great tip, Mark and Shelly. I'll have to watch for the open "a" and "d"s. I didn't know that. At first glance, I thought the sig didn't look too off, but seems like the consensus here has spoken. :)
