Any help dating this program for a game between the Phillies and the Yanks would be appreciated. The No. at the top of the scorecard page is 11146 if that is any help. Thanks

Best way would be to compare the scoring to the box scores and see which one is a match. Looks like the Athletics hosted the Yankees at home 11 times in 1954:

Yep, Brock is correct, April 25, second game.
I prefer to use Retrosheet when I date my more than 4,500 scorecards, that's where Baseball Reference gets their info.
In this case, the quickest way is to see how many games Grim pitched in Philly that year, and you find that there is only one :

Not sure what 11146 is, maybe it's the lucky number, the attendance that day is listed as 19930
