What does it typically go for these days ? I have one but have never seen it. It is still in a unopened boxed set.

However, Griffey has now revealed that he wasn’t actually wearing a Seattle Mariners uniform in the image and that it was photoshopped

I think the most interesting part of the story is that his 1989 image was edited with a program that was released in 1990.

I guess "photoshop" is now interchangeable with "edited".

the other part thats weird to me is that i dont think they are showing the correct picture he was taken from. i mean the upper deck card he is smiling and the other one he is not and almost looking down.

The photo they are comparing to is just a comparison shot of what was changed from the original logo.

An Upper Deck Griffey PSA 8 had no bids and the auction ended. Offering price on a BIN was $39.99; 2 other Griffey cards (1 graded PSA 9, the other UG) sold as the auction was ended for an undisclosed price - presumably below the $69.99 BIN.

I got one about 8 years ago for $25. I am 27 and consider him the greatest player of my generation.

Alex--this is not meant to be sarcastic, but what do you consider your generation to be

No offense taken. I think of my generation as 90s onward.
