Mantle signed photo - opinions?

This was given to me by a friend a few years ago. I forgot all about it until I came across it packed up in a box. Does this look legit?

I opened the back of the frame and there's a COA from Hollywood and Sports Memorabilia out of Little Rock, AR.

It's a lousy forgery.

Chris Morales once stated in court that Hollywood & Sports Memorabilia was his first client when Morales first started authenticating (cough, cough) autographs.

If you ever see the "HSM" hologram on an autograph item.............

At least the frame and mat are decent. Maybe I'll put my kids' Christmas photo in there.
