2013 Collecting Goal Thread: http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=160011

Nelson, it looks like you changed course!

I far exceeded my 2013 goals (http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?p=1061156#post1061156), picking up 12 E105s and the Smith's Mello Mint gum wrapper. I don't expect to pick up any more this year.

For 2014, I will just repeat last year's goal: plan for another awesome Chicago Cleveland National and slowly pick up another E105 or two between now and then.

My only goal last year was to pick up some more cards from my wantlists. That is just luck of the draw, but I did make some headway. I also picked up a lot of stuff I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. For 2014 I'd like to do less of the latter.

I need a T215 Red Cross Merkle.

And I expect to find many other cards that I will want as soon as I see them.

Great thread idea. I'm finally at a place in life that will allow me to finish my base Topps Clemente set. (finished paying off student loans about a month ago so that will free up a lot of money)

Other than that--T206 Walter Johnson cards are some of my favorites in the industry. I'd love to snag a couple of mid grade Walters for the shelf.

Good luck and happy hunting.

For my T206 SGC 40 set, I hope to get to 70% and add at least one Cobb.
Undeniable Success! At >75% and have the Cobb Red Portrait

I'd like to get to 50 different EPDG.
Partial Success... got to ~80, but then sold them all. Unfortunately for me, the hype on EPDG died before my cards hit the auction market.

And hitting the 50% mark in E91-A would be great too!
Complete failure. Gave up early in the year and consigned them away. Lesson learned: stay focused with two or fewer goals.

So... for 2014, keeping it simple:
Get to 85% in my SGC 40 T206 collection and include a second Cobb.

Yep Daryl my interest change in 2013. But in my 2013 goals , the Magie was a goal and i bought a Magie in 2013.

The Lajoie is also a card i always wanted so at the beggining of 2013 the Lajoie wasn't in my mind but things change during the year !

I am verry happy of my 2013 collecting year !

My goal for collecting was definitely completed in 2013, however have been relocated recently and haven't had a chance to see my cards for quite some time (what a horrible feeling)!

Anyway - 2014 goal: End up with a e104-2 Wagner and one more e104 type 3
Also - try to add to my Plank collection, in particular an E107.

I picked up all of the remaining C46s catchers in the set, a 1915 Nunamaker CJ, and a Plow Boy Tobacco Cabinet this year. Was looking to find a Johnny Kling Plow Boy Tobacco Cabinet and landed a Tom Needham one.

Looks like my focus on the upcoming year will be adding more T207 catchers. I have really enjoyed picking them up recently.

My favorite focus will continue to be adding more Chief Meyers colored silks. It's been over a year since I have added any to my collection.

Original goals
1) pick up another 3 or 4 E93's for my set - currently need 6 more to complete

2) pick up 3 or 4 more w554's for my set including another with a back stamp

3) Make a decision on what sets to pursue next - currently leaning toward both a D304 & R311 leather

accomplishments
1) picked up 4 - currently need just Cobb, Plank

2) added 3, 1 with a back stamp (Waite, Ruth - would still like to upgrade, and Grove. Grove has a bonemery back)

3) started the e92 Nadja set - currently have 16 different, but can already feel the difficulty starting to kick in

2014 goals
1) finish the e93 set

2) pick up a red backed w554, didn't see a single one for sale in 2013

3) add 12 more e92 Nadja (still need a few St. Louis cards that might make this possible)

4) possibly start another easier caramel or 30's set such as e96, diamond stars, etc

5) pick up an m110

My main goal for 2014 is to add at least 100 more T210's to my collection. I also started a T206 collection this year but the coolness in that set for me has left the building.

My main goal for 2014 is to complete my 1933 Goudey set, needing only #160 Gehrig and Lajoie. Also looking for some upgrades.

I hope to make more progress on my Goudey Indian Gum set and add one more Ruth card to my collection.

I would also like to make 3,000 or more posts to net54 in 2014. :D:D:D

First off great thread....love reading what people have for goals this upcoming year for their collections. Well last year i didn't do one. Maybe because I really didn't get involved back into the hobby until may or june. Bummer oh well here is to the 2014 year

--2014 Goals--

1. I would love to do more deals and become more involved with fellow members on here. Get to know everyone's collections and interests. I have shows in the MA area all the time so you never know what I come across. Could be something here to help someones collection.

2. Really like to obtain at least another 33 more PSA 5+ 1934 Goudey's including the 1934 Goudey Lou Gehrig #37 for my set. Currently at 15 cards in my set. That will give me a half completed set.

So i do have some work ahead of me so here's to 2014. Best of luck on everyone's goals this year.

2013 - Finished the big one a couple hours ago, still looking for the last 2013 goal in the sig line.

2014 - Spend less money, finish the n28s and call it good. Also, enjoy the National.

2013

1. Finish t206 - No
2. Finish 1951 Bowman - No
3. Pick up a couple more e105s - Yes
4. Don't start any more sets until I finish 1 and 2 - No. Started 1952 Topps and t204

2014

1. Finish t206
2. Finish 1951 Bowman and 1952 Topps
3. Pick up a couple more e105s
4. Stop buying things that aren't part of my focus!

I feel like I am back at work measuring performance. So here goes

2013

1. Complete the 1935 Goudey set- one to go, Ruth
2. Ten SGC 80 or higher added- yep, exceeded that.
3. Get the monster over 300 - yes. See my sig lne
4. T206 Elberfeld graded- learned to spell, settled for a nice raw example
5. Add two HOFers - not chasing the big 2, need Matty white cap; success
6. Avoid another set - yeah, right, big time loser on this. Started e91c, r312, Clemente set, 1933 Goudey.

2014

1. As for goals next year, nope. You can't fire me, I quit.
2. As a friend quoted a story to me one day, " you have raised my salary down for the last time, **** me, I quit".
3. Build a few rods, buy and sell a few cards.
4. Bosses, soccer players, and hockey players like goals, but goalies are my new friends. Screw goals!
5. Decide, or not, to chase after Demmit and O'hara, St. louis.....
6. Honor my friends and family, enjoy my acquaintances, laugh a little, eat less and fish more.
7. Spend another year in the company of those fine individuals on Net54

For 2013, I'd like to continue making headway with my T206 Hindu Southern League subset and my T207 HOF subset.

Technically I made headway on the Hindus, but not by much. Same goes for the T207s. I decided halfway through the year to focus more on selling off much of my collection in order to help pay for a new home. I'm finding it's a lot easier to buy than to sell. Making some headway, but still have a ton of material to go through. Getting tired of printing shipping labels...

Goals for 2014?
Sell off rest of T206 commons, game used balls, modern cards (except my Bryce Harper master set that's in progress), and a few other things here and there.

Since I collect pre-war, vintage and modern, it's going to be hard to reach all my goals. But I like to set the bar high to push myself. So here are my lofty (for me, anyways) goals for 2014.

Pre-war: The 1934 Goudey #37 Lou Gehrig is at the top of my want list. Before the clock strikes midnight on December 31st next year, I will own this card. I saw Wonka's, and just fell in love with it. Mine won't be as nice, but a variety of a '34 Gehrig will sit in my SDP soon. Other cards I would really like to add: A T205 Christy Mathewson, a T202 Cobb Steals Third, '33 Goudey Al Simmons, 1915 Cracker Jack Walter Johnson, '33 Goudey Rogers Hornsby. A '33 Goudey Babe Ruth will be in 2015.

Of course, my focus will be on the T206 set. I plan on adding my first Ty Cobb (bat off shoulder), as well as a Matty dark cap, Lajoie with bat, an Eddie Collins (still looking for that one that wows me), an Addie Joss portrait, a Hal Chase with pink background, and I'm looking to upgrade my Walter Johnson to a PSA 4 and cross it over to SGC. That's my favorite card, so why not? That's a priority along with the Gehrig. I also really want a Tris Speaker, a Hugh Duffy and a Sam Crawford throwing, an Ed Walsh and a Keeler portrait. I'm going to also pick up a Hughie Jennings two hand if I can. Love that card. It's the embodiment of pure joy. Two non Hall of Famers I'd like to add are the Dutch Revelle Southern Leaguer, and the Pattee portrait. Edit: oh yeah, and the man in my avatar.

Vintage cards: two of my all-time favorite cards, a 1953 Bowman Color Stan Musial and a 1958 Topps Roberto Clemente. I want to upgrade my 1975 Topps Robin Yount to a PSA 8.5, pick up a George Brett 1975 Topps, and a 1953 Bowman Color Mickey Mantle. Then I'd like to add several from the 1956 Topps set, including Hank Aaron, Jackie Robinson and Ted Williams, maybe a Warren Spahn, Eddie Mathews and a nice Sandy Koufax. I might have to leave the '55 Clemente and the '54 Aaron for the year after, but I will pick up a few other Clementes towards my master set. Maybe a '61 and a '66. I'd like to pick up a Willie Mays, too.

Modern: a 2002 Bowman Chrome Joe Mauer auto, a 2005 Bowman Chrome Prince Fielder auto, and I better pick up a 2013 Byron Buxton Bowman Chrome auto before it explodes in price.

Some football cards, too. A high grade 1981 Topps Joe Montana to replace the one I traded away like an idiot. An '84 Topps Dan Marino, and a 2005 Playoff Contenders Aaron Rodgers. I also need to get the last Packers to finish off my 1965 Philadelphia Gum team set: Jim Taylor, Forrest Gregg, Willie Davis and Henry Jordan.

So yeah, just a couple of cards to pick up. :p I obviously won't hit all of these, but I've got a good outline of what I want for the next year or two.

So I failed to meet any of the goals I set for myself a year ago. Mostly due to the fact I wonder around the hobby quite aimlessly and I have come to the conclusion my collecting goals are in fact an enigma, wrapped in a riddle and surrounded by mystery.

But it is good to have goals even if I decide a month from now to shift focus... again.

-Hit the 100 mark on my each M101-4/5
-Hit the 50 mark on T209-II (this is predicated on cards becoming available)
-Focus a little more on HOFers from difficult sets

2013 Goals:
1. B18s: add 35 to the set. I abandon this goal and stopped collecting the set.
2. Mantle Master Set: add 20 new cards. I probably added something in the 40-50 card range.
3. T206: don't buy a single new card. I could not pass up some great deals and probably added 4-5 new ones to my set.

2014 Goals:
1. Mantle Master Set: add one more U.S. issued card (will finish out my set of nationally issued Mantle cards), add the final three postcards I need, and pick up at least one foreign issued card I am still looking for (preferably 1-2 of the Venezuelans that are still on my list.
2. Get married.

2013:
1. continue improving my t206 set - check
2. finish 33 goudey - check (close enough)
3. better define my pre-war type-collection goal - I think it defined itself for me. I reached 85-90 different relatively easily then it slowed way down. I'm at 97 now and wouldn't mind reaching 100.
4. add a couple of cards to my t207 subset - got to within 1 - it's a multi-hundred dollar card that I may never decide to go for, not that I've had many opportunities this year (maybe twice?)

2014:
1. Continue to develop and maintain a relaxed pace on all my collecting projects.
2. 50's, 60's, 70's topps/bowman hofer run - acquire all the "easy" ones.
3. Dabble with my t206 set - less than 10 left on my list to upgrade, pick up a few more less common backs to sprinkle into the mix.
4. Reach 100 different pre-war types.
5. add to my e-card, t210, and t212 subsets

Happy Holidays everyone!

2013 Goals:

(1) I'd like to continue to prune back my collection like I have been doing in 2012, and continue to focus on my Ruth collection. - Check

(2) I'd like to finish my Schutter Johnson set (I only need Si Johnson) - Check / Finished!

(3) and make some progress in these random sets I'm working on (W519-1/W590/Baguer). - Check, somewhat (2 additions to W519-1, 4-5 additions to W590, 2 additions to Baguer)

(4) Someday, I'd like to pick up a CJ Cobb, T206 Magie, and/or E103 Wagner, but not sure it will be 2013 since I think this will be more of a step back year. - Nope, a big 0 here, as expected.

2014 Goals:

(1) Continue to prune back collection and focus more on tough Ruth cards.

(2) Continue to make progress on small sets (W519-1, W521, W590, Baguer)

I completely missed the 2013 goal thread, but my reply then would have been essentially the same as this year's - cross off at least one card from my 14-player Old Judge "A" want list and one from my 10-player Old Judge "B" want list. More than that would be a windfall. Thankfully, I exceeded expectations by one card in 2013.

I only collect autographs, here is mine.

Get up to the mid 90's Perez Steele HOF set (at 78 now).
Start the Perez Steele Celebration set and hope to have all but the Campanella & Conlan.
Work on the Perez Steele Great Moments and have at least half of them (only have 1 now).
Have over 3000 different hockey players autograph (just over 2100 now).
Have over 2000 different baseball players autograph (just over 1100 now).
Have over 1000 different football players autograph (just over 300 now).
Start working on a basketball autograph collection, only have a few but most are HOF players.
Add at least another 100 more Montreal Expos autographs on something where they are pictured in the uniform (have around half of all the players now).
Continue to work on getting all the 80's O-Pee-Chee hockey sets autographed with the goal of having at least 50% of them all done.

Now do I think that there is a chance I'll get this done? May not get to the total number of different autos for each sport but it's something to shoot for.

Similar to Kevin, I would be happy to accomplish the following:

1) Locate and acquire one 1888 Detroit N172 that I still need
2) Locate and acquire one 1889 Detroit N172 that I still need
3) Locate and acquire one N173 Detroit that I still need
4) Locate and acquire a Detroit Wolverine scorecard from a year I still need

It would be a pretty good year if I managed to accomplish 3 of 4, but I like stretch goals and will try for a grand slam (drive all four home).

2013 was a great year but I'll wait until we start the traditional annual year-in-review thread mid-December.

Goals for 2013:
Finish '33 Goudey set minus the big 6 (29 to go) Picked up all 29 PLUS 2 of the "big six"
Finish my '50 Bowman set (9 to go) Done
Sell off my 50's Topps sets and start a tobacco set All Topps sets sold and used funds to get to 14/100 on the T3 set

Goals for 2014:
1. Pick up 2 more '33 Ruths
2. Get to 30/100 T3's
3. Have the will power to not buy anything for a while and save enough to buy some bigger lots instead of one card at a time.

Continue to upgrade my T206 set.

Begin working in earnest on my high grade 1961 Topps set...I am most of the way there, but still really just piddling and need to start ticking off high numbers.

I far exceeded my 2013 goal of getting a bunch more pre-war Yankees, I went nuts and grossly over-spent, my wife would kill me if she knew how much I spent!

Number one 2014 goal is a negative goal - I gotta stop my buying addiction and slow down and only buy what I can really afford!!!

Number two 2014 goal is a 1-card goal, I really want a T207 Hoff to complete my Yankees team set run of T205, T206, T207.

Number three 2014 goal is to try to pick up another Ruth card from his playing days, I have about 11 or 12 now, love The Babe!!!

Number four 2014 goal is to just continue to search out pre-war Yankees that I dont have and can afford.

2013.....Another year of enjoying the hobby and this board would be great. Adding another good chunk to my T206 quest would be greater. Another 12 credit card statements without the need for a divorce lawyer would be greatest.

2013 Results...... Enjoyment, good chunk and no divorce lawyer needed:D

2014 I am not greedy. Another year like 2013 would do just fine. ( In addition to T206, I have added T207, T210, T212 an E-90 to the mix):)

Well, 2013 was a rollicking time for my collection. I finally got the PreWar side of it going, and thanks largely to Joe T/Vintageclout I knocked off seven key cards from my want list. Also added some of my favorite 70s cards as they popped up. Here they are...

Here were my goals in 2013

E107 HOFer's - nothing in 2013 - will add one in 2014, guaranteed!

Boston Store Joe Jackson - SGC 30-40, PSA 2-3 - Finished!!!!

low grade Babe Ruth rookie - prefer ad back - keep looking

1952 Topps Mantle rookie - nice centering and eye appeal - keep looking

My Boston Store Jackson took priority over all the other cards I wanted. Can't wait for 2014.

My 2013 t206 goal was to reach 100 cards. I'm currently at 92. I still have a chance with my birthday :) who knows? If not, my goal for 2014 to have 120 t206s total in my set.

Tony,

What a card. That dark uni just pops with eye appeal. Seeing as you well exceeded your initial grade goal, I'd say that haul alone makes 2013 an awesome year for your collection!

Well, 2013 was a rollicking time for my collection. I finally got the PreWar side of it going, and thanks largely to Joe T/Vintageclout I knocked off seven key cards from my want list. Also added some of my favorite 70s cards as they popped up. Here they are...

What is up with the flip on that card? Was there a time the SGC flip didn't have a barcode? Also there are two different fonts, the font for the set name and the name of the card don't match. Was the flip just edited for your photo sharing?

MattyC
11-28-2013, 08:17 PM
No editing, they've used several generations of flips over the years. I forget offhand to which period this one conforms. I'm sure there must be a record of the flip generations around here somewhere, alas my food coma laziness prohibits me from searching at the moment...

Even the first generation had a barcode. I can't think of a single SGC flip that didn't have one. I checked the number and it didn't show up on SGC website either (but I have known of legit cards doing this before too). Also I have never known them to use two different fonts for the text. It doesn't make sense for the font for "1909" and "e90-1" to be different (the rest of each line is off too, but is very noticeable looking at the numbers).

There is a current thread about the labels. http://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?p=1210647
There is no mention of a generation where they went without the barcode.

MattyC

I have seen several SGC cards with the two different fonts over the years; the second line in these rarer instances looks more compressed. As to the missing barcode, I can't imagine my scanner missing it, so it must not be there.

In any event, I am sure the card is legit and is a solid 20. If ever I am in the selling market, will be sure to have it updated.

Example of fonts:

I really am just curious because it just looked off to me because I don't recall the barcode missing on SGC. I did find the font compression on other slabs. I see this card sold through REA at one time and the barcode is missing on their scan so it isn't your scanner. I am just curious how long they made flips like that. Also it is the only flip I see while looking around where the card type text is justified to the "SGC" above it.

All good; I always find these random quirks fun to learn about myself. I'm sure someone around these parts can shed some light on such flips and their rarity.

Beautiful cards everyone...

Well, I didn't set a 2013 goal in that thread, but it was to make progress on my Jackie Robinson Bond Bread set, and to build my Jackie Robinson master set.

I did make progress on my BB set, and I had reached #2 on PSA registry's JR master set. I was also interviewed and had many of my cards featured in the Jackie Robinson SMR issue this year. I actually ended up selling most of my JR master set, as my wife and I are looking to purchase a home in the next year or so.

As for 2014, most of my money will be going towards inching closer to that 20% down payment, but for cards / memorabilia, here's the goal:

1) Complete the 1947 Jackie Robinson Bond Bread set (1 card to go)
2) Get into Pre-War by purchasing one of these cards: 1933 Goudey Lou Gehrig, t206 Cobb Bat Off, 3) Mathewson Dark Cap, Ruth E series (throwing).
3) Pick up a Jackie Robinson auto

I believe that 2015-2016 will be the year that I can really start expanding my collection.

My number one goal for 2014 is to get organized. This forum renewed my interest in my collection - especially The Monster Number thread. First time thru the boxes, I'm at 350/524, so my goal is get as deep into the 400's as possible - target 450. That will take some willing trade partners, but first I have to get organized and learn how to scan and upload cards to BST and PM's. Hopefully, one of the college educated tech-wizards that are hanging around here eating my food and drinking my booze will help.

The excel spreadsheet on the T206 Resource website is a huge help in organizing The Monster.

I would like to orchestrate a bulk trade of T205's and/or T207's for some T206's.

Cheers

I don't think I declared any 2013 goals either...in fear of some jacking up the prices on my desired items!

nonetheless...i was able to add a handful of really tough miller big gloves to my run..i'm hoping I can add another 1 or 2 (if I'm really lucky this year) as well as continue to upgrade a handful of e94's...and look to add to a few 19th century sets I'm casually going after.

MY collecting these days is mostly spectating...as what I'm looking for rarely comes up. I'm sure some of you can relate!!!!

I also missed the 2013 goals thread but I pretty much accomplished what I wanted to do this year.

As for 2014 I feel like my collecting goals sometimes get away from me and the sets I collect tend to take on a life of their own and get too big. I wouldn't mind parting with one or two of my major holdings to free up space and money to pursue new interests. If that doesn't happen (as I wouldn't want to have to slowly piece them out--more like an all-or-nothing type sale) then the following would be what I would like to accomplish...

1.) Get my 1911-1928 Zeenut collection to around 2,200 different or more... currently at around 2,050. (Also like to get 1911-1938 full run to the 2,500 mark... currently at around 2,200.)

2.) Would love to add some new E121-like cards to that accumulation, especially the early sets like Holsum Bread, Standard Biscuit, Herpolsheimer's, and perhaps a Shotwell. Get the number of different E121-like cards up from the current level of roughly 525 or so different front/back combinations.

3.) Add some Colgan's Tin Tops and Red Borders. Currently at 53 Red Borders and 47 Tin Tops.

My 2013 goals will be:

2013:
> trim the fat (xtra cards that don't fit my collection) - failed

> trim the fat (from the belly) - epic fail

> take a short "holiday" from collecting to enjoy the birth of my first child in April (assuming all goes as projected) - best day of my entire life

> buy only one or two *significant* cards missing from my HOF "rookie" collection and avoid falling into the trap of buying cards that only marginally fit my collection - epic fail - purchased over 400 cards and added two new "sets" to my collection...Helmar Stamps + Japanese HOF

> avoid the temptation to buy cards that I already own because the price looks "too good" and because I assume I will somehow be able to resell for more - fail, as always

> remind myself daily that I am NOT a card dealer, I am a card COLLECTOR! - fail, yet again, the temptation to buy "underpriced cards" is just too great

2014:

I'll try to actually attain the goals above (w/ the exception of another child)!!!

>> add only two to five "signficant" HOF rookie cards
>> get to 60-75% complete for the Helmar Stamps set - trade/sell extras

Goals for 2014, t206 Mathewson portrait - sovereign reverse psa 4, t206 Johnson portrait psa 5, add 10 e90-1's, begin t205 in earnest, finish my 1953 topps set.

I started my t206 collection this year in January. purchased around 23 so far this year. I would like to pick up a cobb this weekend at the philly show. for 2014, I would like to collect more of the hall of famers so I may not buy as many commons. but hey, who knows what I will buy.... depends on the mood and the deal. also, would like to consider collecting another set as well but not sure if that is a good idea.

I just hit 460 T206s in SGC50 or better today.

My goal for 2014 is to hit the 500 mark in SGC50 or better.

I only have 18 "commons" to go and only 8 Southern Leaguers to go, so that means I have quite a few HOFers to add.

Once you hit the 450 mark, it gets difficult and expensive, especially since I have a minimum grade of SGC50 to shoot for.

1. Continue to sell off my modern collection (already sold off about half of it) and try real hard to stop buying that stuff - except for an occasional Pirate.

2. Double my T206 set (currently at 75) to 150. Including getting an AB back and either a Wojo Hands at Chest or Matty White Cap.

3. Triple my E121 set (just started and currently at 10) to 30 including getting at least 5 HOFers.

4. Add at least 10 new/different Pirate Pre-War Types.

5. Spend just the right amount of money on that stuff so that my wife does not file for divorce (I can get away with slightly more than she spends on shoes....that's our deal).

Oh yeah.....one more - attend the National in Cleveland and meet some of you guys.

freakhappy
12-06-2013, 01:50 PM
jason, that's an impressive list of goals you got there...and maybe it's a good thing that your wife spends money on shoes, so it gives you two a nice balance :D

Phil...that's going to be one impressive set when you get done with it! Make sure you share when you get it completed :)

As for me...

1. Finish my T201 set...only need 8, so it should be done within a few months if the right ones come along

2. No definitive number on the amount of T206's I want to accumulate for the year, but I'd say on average, close to one per week...so we'll say 40...that will get me over the 200 mark.

3. Grab anything that really gets my attention...could be anything. I collect a wide array of cards, so I have to keep it somewhat open and not restrict myself or I'll go nuts

4. Keep seeing everyone's beautiful pieces...this will go as scheduled as long as everyone keeps posting their gems...love looking at everyone's collection here on Net54...most recently, Steven's CJ set...pure beauty!

2013 - added to my collection of cards that were produced in Louisiana.

Made it to the 50 card mark on T213-2's, added 1920 and 1921 Holsum, added Mino and 1917 Weil Baking. Completed all 3 Kotton backs.

2014 - get the T213-2 collection to the half way point. Try to pick up a low grade T211 and Tango Eggs and T215-2. See if I might get lucky and turn up a cheap Virginia Extra or Mothers Bread or Pirate.

And, as always, try to purchase modern collections to flip so I can use the profits to buy more items for my personal collection.

:p I obviously won't hit all of these, but I've got a good outline of what I want for the next year or two.

http://www.williamgregory.net/images/laughing.gif

Well, these goals were an epic fail, mostly because I decided that I needed to rebuild my savings before going hog wild spending on my collection.

I only managed to pick up two of the cards from my 2014 goals list, a very nice PSA 4 Dutch Revelle T206 portrait, and the Sam Crawford throwing T206. Both are in my image gallery.

I will be working on my collection soon.
