Looking for an Autograph forum where I can research known frauds, etc. Looking specifically for people that have been found to be fraudulent or using false COA's. TIA

Might I suggest the autograph forum on this board, many people over there with years of experience and can point you in the direction of very reputable dealers and let you know if a particular dealer is suspect.

+1 on the Net54 Autograph Forum.
Aside from the occasional drama, the Autograph Forum has some pretty good and helpful people hanging out there.
Many of the sites "out there" have an agenda to push, and not necessarily "fair and balanced". Some are frustrated authenticators, others trying to push their own stuff.
