Need Information.

This is a photo of a very young Mickey Mantle at some kind of an event honoring him. This photo was one of four that I had depicting Mantle in various scenes at this event. I sold the other three. For obvious reasons, this one did not sell due to partial face exposure. Can anyone shed light to this event or identify anyone in the photo? Thanks
