With Ebay having "banned authenticators" and such, they should also REQUIRE that people DISCLOSE fac signed balls. This ball has a pretty high bid, and even taking into account stupid bidders, this isn't right. I wrote the seller, and will prob be sent a nasty reply. Or, am I TOTALLY BLIND and is this REAL signed? I don't think so:rolleyes:

It has been removed by eBay.

No, it has not.

It is pretty obvious that this is a stamped facsimile, and the bids are not out of line with that at all. I agree that it should be in big bold letters, but you can't protect all idiots from themselves. We'd all live in those gerbil bubbles.

The link goes to a live auction which appears to be shilled and is certainly a facsimile signature ball.

The original link goes to a listing that has been removed, and thus my comment. The second link provided by the OP shows a stadium ball.

I've always wanted a ball signed by Larry Barra & Casey Stengl. I probably shouldn't say this, but balls signed by those 2 are VERY RARE.

I know, I most likely cost myself alot of money by "outing" that fact.
