Golf item; any ideas?

Picked up this 3.5" x 5" Sam Snead recently. Anyone ever seen one before?

I've seen larger examples of this photo that Snead used to send out to people signed. I have never come across a version this size. Also have not seen it with a facsimile signature like this. Jason
