View Full Version : OT- Today is the 20th anniversary of HOF'er Nolan Ryan's last career win

Wow! Not prewar, but...
It just hit me a few minutes ago that this is the 20th anniversary of HOF great Nolan Ryan's last career win- 8/15/93 at Cleveland.

For the record, in Ryan's 324th win, Nolan pitched 7 innings and had 2 K's and 2 BB. Cleveland starter Jose' Mesa was the loser with Texas prevailing 4-1 in the contest.

Here are some photos of Nolan's game used uniform from this game from my personal collection. I previously posted these on the game used sub-forum, but what the hell, let's posts them on this side too!

Just for fun I also added a photo of an ultra-scarce full loge ticket from Nolan's last win- #324.

Gotta love the huge autograph. It sure stands out very well. 20 years already? wow- He was fun pitcher to watch!
