I was going through ebay and auction houses and seeing what the price of some rarer baseball hall of fame autographs will be, but one player caught my attention Adrian Anson. I know his autographs exist cause I see he was inserted into UD Sp Legendary Cuts, whether those are real is beyond me cause I have never seen one before, just know he was inserted. Well I typed in his autograph in a yahoo search and got some interesting searches about his autograph, where are more good places to search and for a price? Thanks for the help and leads.

He's a toughie for sure, with a lot of fakes and secretarials out there. Most of the big auction houses have completed listing searches, and those are the easiest and most reliable methods.

Some ending prices:

HA: 65k (ball), 2500, 2600, 2150

H&S: 6460

REA: 8888, 2644, 11k, 1410 (cut), 13k (UD card of which you wrote)

RR: 5280

Just a quick search. Couldn't find any others since 2005 (and excluding the vaudeville contracts that aren't in his hand).

The current (Aug. 9) issue of Sports Collectors Digest has an illustrated article on Cap Anson autographs by Ron Keurajian.

It may be available on line.
