This is a GREAT story! (A bit long, but worth the read!)

I grew up in the rural country area of Western NY State & the town is just 14 miles up the road & over the hill!

Baseball player subject played 6 yrs in the Majors from 1906 to 1912 and is depicted in the T206 set.

Haven't said "Hello" in quite a while, but I had an idea you would enjoy the story---being from PA I think you know a bit about that WNY neck of the woods!:)

I grew up in Attica ('46 to '53) before we moved to Wellsville. Got my 1st pair of glasses when I was in 4th grade from an optometrist in Warsaw.
