This card seems to have the full black border. Any guesses as to why it got an "A" grade?

Cards that have been miscut, hand cut or sheet cut will not be assigned a numerical grade, they will be labeled Authentic Only.

From a quick look at it, it does not look like you will fair any better with PSA. It looks like it was cut just a little short on the top.
