Hi everyone,

I had a neat idea for a thread.

Let's post images of the entire T206 set, one card at a time, in alphabetical order. I will start things off with the Ed Abbaticchio (Blue sleeves.) Next, let's have a board member post the Brown sleeves version. Then, someone post Fred Abbott. I'm sure you all get the idea...

Fronts are what I am primarily looking for; however, please feel free to add a scan of the back, too.

My hope is that this thread will gain traction and eventually serve as a great resource.

Best Regards,

Eric

Not sure if you meant Ames Hands above Head, or Hands at chest.

These are not T206, but did not want to see the thread stall...

Thanks for the superb assist. Yes, I mixed things up.

Good afternoon and Happy Father's Day.

Thanks to everyone who has helped tackle the Monster so far. There are some great cards in this thread, and I truly appreciate everyone's contributions. There has been quite a flurry of activity this weekend, and our set is now up to 87 cards...great job!

The next two cards have some spelling issues. Makes me wonder what the folks at American Tobacco were putting into their cigarettes back then.

All kidding aside, here are the next six:
- Bill Clancy (Clancey)
- Josh Clark (Clarke)
- Fred Clarke, holding bat
- Fred Clarke, portrait
- J.J. Clarke
- Bill Clymer

After that...it's time for Cobb.

Keep 'em coming, everyone. And have a great day.

Great cards, everyone. The Net54 Virtual T206 Set now has 100 cards, plus a few duplicates (which is fine with me.)

#101 appears below. After that, it's:

- Wid Conroy (Fielding)
- Wid Conroy (With Bat)
- Harry Covaleski (Coveleski)
- Doc Crandall (Portrait, No Cap)
- Doc Crandall (Portrait, With Cap)

Thanks to everyone who has helped this thread come together so nicely. I truly appreciate all of your contributions.

Sorry to, "bump" this thread; however, in light of recent events, I completely understand the relative lack of interest.

Please know that I am merely trying to gain traction with the Net54 Virtual T206 Set here.

Ted - Wow! That spread of cards is awesome. 13 cards with (if I’m not mistaken) 8 different backs.
Erick - That was another fine offering. Thank you very much.
Vincent - Thanks for chipping in the EPDG. Much appreciated.
Bruce - I love the Criger. Deep, rich colors…nice!
Caine - Thanks for joining in and contributing. Great cards, especially the Dahlen.
Rob - That scan of Dahlen is beautiful…great detail. Thanks for adding another fine card to our set.
Jason - Yours is another high-res scan. I love the detail on that Davis.

There are a few more cards to go, and then we get to one of the tougher issues from the set:

Harry Davis (Davis on Front)
Harry Davis (H. Davis on Front)
Frank Delehanty (Delahanty) (Louisville)
Jim Delehanty (Delahanty) (Washington)
Ray Demmitt (New York)
Ray Demmitt (St. Louis)

Thanks to all for their contributions. They are truly appreciated. Let’s keep ‘em coming, everyone.

Best Regards,

Kenny - Thanks for keeping things going with the Davis and Delahanty cards. They are great additions to our set.

Ted - That Quadruplicate Delahanty post is a home run, in my book. And the Demmitt (St. Louis) is absolutely tremendous. Thank you very much for these contributions. I am still recovering from being exposed to such amazing eye candy. :D

Jason - Thanks for adding the other Demmitt and one of the many “Rubes” of the T206 set. I really appreciate your help with this thread.

Clayton - I agree; everyone is adding some great cards to the Net54 T206 set. Thanks for introducing that nice trifecta into the mix.

Ron - Thanks for the "bump." I appreciate the assist.

There are 16 more cards to go until we hit the first true rarity in this set. I have an idea as to how we can include it here; however, would also be open to suggestions on how to go about this.

In the meantime, let’s start with the three Mike Donlin cards:
Fielding
Seated
With Bat

Of course, if someone has all three, please feel free to post the trio. Then, we can move on to Jiggs Donohue (Donahue.)

Keep ‘em coming, folks. We have a great thing going here, and I sincerely appreciate everyone's help with this thread.

Best Regards,

Eric

A career BA = .333....Mike could be a HOFer, if had taken his BB career more seriously. However, he and his wife (actress Mabel Hite) loved Vaudeville.
Mike was the "Talk of New York". Furthermore, you can catch Mike in the Silent movies shown on the TCM Channel. Mike was in several of them. "The
General" (1926) was the most notable. Mike fit quite well into the Hollywood scene, one of his drinking buddies was the famous actor John Barrymore.

There's a crease from the comma after his name up through the third 'N' in Cincinnati. Other than that, I'm not sure. This was graded before SGC added their half grades, so perhaps it could use a bump.

Here I am, waiting patiently with my card, Tom Guiheen, waiting waiting until Bob Groom is posted, and the I can show off Tom. No such luck! My friend Ted Z has let loose a whole volley of stuff, whizzing right through Bob ("Here Comes The") Groom, to Guiheen, and I'm sure by the time I've finished here he'll be posting topsy Hartsell.

Well I'm gonna do it anyway. So there! HAH!

Bob....ole buddy, we make a great team. I posted Guiheen's HINDU and PIEDMONT cards; and, you posted his OLD MILL (a very nice one, I might add) :)

I think I'll cool it for a while.

First, thanks for the compliment.

Second, and most important, please don’t feel that my post was placed just to run you out. I would never do that. So please, try hard to overcome that terrible shyness and continue to participate. Maybe next time you could show us your Drum Heinie Zimmermann.

No that's not a stain on the plastic, that's a genuine ST on the card! Why it was not recognized I have no clue. But I'm glad they missed on this one.

Clayton...nothing's, "messed up." The Net54 virtual T206 set is coming along nicely. This is thanks, in no small measure, to your contributions...and I sincerely thank you for them.

Bryan...I have also noticed that things are moving at a fast clip lately. Please feel free to edit your post (#242) and show off your Addie Joss. As previously noted, duplicates are more than welcome here...and, if it's your only T206card...go ahead and add it to the set. I, for one, would love to see it. After all, I just picked up a Joss on the B/S/T..it just became my new favorite card. :)

Sean...Why not call dibs on Merkle? As for Pelty, I have a Tolstoi that might make its way into this thread. All things considered, though, I am leaning towards asking everyone to give me a moment to post my Nick Maddox. It was my first T206.

To everyone else...thank you very much for all of your contributions. I truly appreciate them.

Here are the next ten cards, everyone. Let's keep 'em coming!

- Ed Killian (portrait)
- Frank King
- Rube Kisinger
- Red Kleinow (Boston)
- Red Kleinow (New York, catching)
- Red Kleinow (New York, with bat)
- Johnny Kling
- Otto Knabe
- Jack Knight (portrait)
- Jack Knight (with bat)

Best Regards,

Eric

Sean...Why not call dibs on Merkle?

All right Eric, I hereby call "dibs" on both Merkles, portrait and throwing. And I'll give you an option: you can pick the backs that I should post for each card. Let me know.
