The design along the face of the grandstand's gotta be Comiskey. And if I remember, that park got its lights in 1939. Can't say much else, though!

When I saw this picture my first and immediate reaction was that it was Comiskey Park as well.

This is a photo of Comiskey looking directly at the center field area. Notice the upper deck facade is the exact same in the picture that was posted.

What also made me think Comiskey is the "slats" behind the seating area in the upper deck. It seems they have always been there. Although the ones I am showing in this picture have the slats going at an angle, I think they are essentially the same thing.
