Wondering if anyone had any responses to prices. All over the map but interesting.

I picked up 6 upgrades that I needed. Some cards went higher than I was willing to go while the 6 I landed were at or below VCP.

I missed a Lundgren Cubs PSA 4 (mc) which went for about what I expected it to, but a little rich for my blood given the nature of the miscut...I think it went at $335 or so and I was in til about $260. Again, probably about where it should have been.

Titus still bringing in crazy money...everyone onboard with his prices?

I think the bottom will eventually fallout on Titus. All of the craze over a mustache? The market should adjust. It may command a small premium but the recent prices seem a little high in my eyes. He's due for a shave eventually.

The prices were all over the place. I picked up one. Fred Merkle portrait psa3 with an interesting MK for 52bucks. I thought was ok. price. Bid on some others but no luck. Dave. Fun auction to watch.

C'mon, Titus rocks. I just hate that he's in the Philly set. Yet another premium item. :)

Not at all. It's not a tough card...

I was the high bidder on that card. My max was a hair above $350, which I thought was a good (not great) price for that card. I have been watching sales of that card for awhile and always tried to low ball it, but decided to just go for it this time.

Those were some of the nicest T206's I have seen in awhile! The color and registration on those cards were just beautiful! Congrats to all who were able to pick some up!

The prices seemed a bit strong but they were some good looking cards.

You can tell that whoever built that set had a great eye. I originally wasn't going to go after any, but I saw some definite upgrade possibilities and couldn't resist.

I think you did great. it's a tough card. I have been looking for an upgrade for a couple of years.

Just wondering what you guys think of the price on the Ed Collins. I was the underbidder and just could'nt get myself to go any higher. It went for $317.

Although the corners were not bad, the card was not as bright in color as other PSA4's that I have seen. Also, with the Pied350 back, I would have not outbid the winning bid.

I got a great-looking 45/3.5 a few months ago for literally half of that. Man, some of those prices were crazy.

I snagged the Home Run Baker and was underbidder on the Johnson portrait (really nice for a PSA 3.5). If the high bidder is having buyer's remorse, look me up. :)

I bid on 19 of the cards and only got 1. The Manion PSA 4. I thought it went for a good price. Most of the other ones I bid on went a little steep to me. I had a 10% discount from ebay that I needed to use before the 16th so I was glad I got 1 at least.

Green portrait Cobb. It went a bit high but had great eye appeal. Thought of the Johnson, was a beauty at 3.5 :D

I bid on 24 of the cards, and won 10.....4 SLers (inc. Shaughnessy), 4 others I didn't have, and 2 upgrades. I was also underbidder on the Cy Young bare hand PSA 4.5.

I was bidding on 6 of them that I needed. I didn't win any:(. I really wasn't in the mood to over pay but after no wins on any, I wondered if there was a value increase I didn't know about. I felt like I lost my baseball card auction mojo:(. At least I have my last weeks purchase to keep me happy, an Ed Abbaticchio Blue Sleeves Cycle 460. I'll just have to keep that one on the desk a bit longer till the next purchase/win:).
