It looks like the one on this book to me, which is supposedly around 1991 according to auction company.

The closest I could find, the older Ali's seem quite a bit easier than the later ones:

The more recent Ali signatures on things like the Ringside and Leaf sets make me sad. They are such obvious manifestations of his physical decline. It is such a bummer to see one's sports heroes of youth getting old and decrepit.
So, consensus on the one I posted is good?
