Came across the card below in my daily eBay search for Josh Phelps cards and had to have it. At $2.99, I think I got a great deal. One guy seems to have only one example of maybe 40 different players. Anyone ever seen one of these before and is it in fact rare? Any information would be apprecaited. Thinking I'll send to PSA to be slabbed...we'll see.

In case you haven't seen a 2007 Topps before, the TOPPS LOGO and TEAM should be at the top and the NAME should be at the bottom...

Looks like it's just missing the foil printing. Cool but not worth much. It's a pretty common printing mistake.

Neat Matt. I have all my Topps sets in binders through 1994. After that, including 2007, they are still in boxes so I am not sure I would have even identified it as a 2007 even though I have the set. I collect odd ball stuff, whether in a catalog or not...regardless of worth. Worth aside, as just a collector, they are fun.

Agreed. Cool, I wouldn't necessarily say common though, but it does happen more often than one would imagine.. One of the favorites I have of foil missing is a '94 Stadium Club Chuck Finley. Back then the first names were part of the regular printing and the last name was in foil. So it just say Chuck.. Not quite sure what box of 80's-90's junk that it's buried in though..
