I was cleaning out some old stuff, and came across this game program from a 1946 Pittsburgh Pirates vs Cincinatti Reds game. As you can, it definitely has some wear on it.

Are these still around? Any type of value to any collector out there?

It has value to me! My favorite player, #14 Frankie Zak was on that Pirates team.

They're worth about $15-35 for an uneventful game, depending on condition, but yours is pretty worn.
